Every flexible die used in label and stamp production anywhere in the world today runs on a process Pierson Kang invented. The magnetic cylinder. The etched flexible die itself. Multiple patents across more than 50 years — the foundation on which every competitor in the industry operates.

When Kang first developed those processes, the industry said it wouldn't work. He was right and they were wrong. He has now developed a new manufacturing process for rotary pressure cutting dies for paperboard folding cartons — eliminating mechanical milling entirely, with proprietary software that plots complex die geometry direct to plate. Plotting in minutes. No competitor can replicate it. The industry is skeptical. He has been here before.
