The Process
Making a flexible die for small folding cartons has always required machine milling — mechanical machining that adds cost, time, and variability at precisely the scale where accuracy matters most. The Xynatech Process eliminates it entirely. The result is a more precise folding carton die, produced faster, with tighter tolerances and fewer rejects.
